QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field
- Min. 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a lending or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Experience in loan portfolio monitoring, interest computation, and amortization schedules is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably willing to work onsite and flexible with extended hours when needed
