JOB SUMMARY:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
- Process check requests
- Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accountancy or any related course
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field
- Knowledge in Logistic Operation is a plus
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge in any ERP System is a plus
- Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
- Can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
