Accounting Staff – Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and handle collections
- Record and reconcile incoming payments
- Maintain accurate customer and billing records
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
