JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration or accounting.
- Has background knowledge in QuickBooks Online, MS Office Excel, and related software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
- Monitoring of accounts receivables and advances from customers and sales and does Collection Reports Preparation.
- Assists in daily checking of receiving reports and follow-up collection of payments
- Maintaining customer relationships includes regular communication, providing excellent customer service, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Compute and prepare accounts payable voucher/check voucher.
- Checking of delivery receipts for scheduled deliveries to customers.
- Manages daily sales and expense reports and maintains the filing system of the department
- Organizes bookkeeping of the sales invoice and filing of check vouchers.
- Research vendors, create purchase orders, and track orders.
- Control the end-to-end process of invoice related activities
- Generating sales reports that include financial data.
- Assisting with the reconciliation of sales figures and financial records.
- Coordinating with the accounting department for accurate financial reporting related to sales.
- Keep information confidential to secure with regular database backups and handle scanning of all audit documents.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
