Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting and financial tasks to support the company's financial operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial documents such as vouchers, invoices, and receipts
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and other general ledger tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and other departments as needed
- Other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field
- With working experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and government compliance (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
