About the role:
You will be challenged to be part of our People Operations team and will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience by managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. You will serve as a liaison between HR and the departments to address employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Oversee employee onboarding requirements, including Sprout account creation, Rippling profile updates, access level set-up, and document uploads.
- Manage employee movement documentation, change updates, and status changes (probationary, regularization, etc.).
- Administer offboarding processes, including account terminations, exit packet preparation, final pay coordination with our vendor, and routing of clearance documents.
- Maintain and update employee profiles in HR systems (Sprout, Rippling).
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and weekly masterlist updates.
- Manage approvers, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate unresolved cases to system experts.
- Ensure accurate database management, timekeeping first pass, and payroll ID/BDO account synchronization.
- Prepare payroll instructions, endorse new hire and final pay details, and coordinate payroll tickets with vendors.
- Handle government benefit registrations, notifications, and loan management (certifications and payroll deductions).
- Coordinate with benefits vendors, HMO brokers, and monitor claim status and escalations with the vendor and company Nurse.
- Collect benefits documents and endorse claims for crediting.
- Generate employment-related documents (COE, regularization letters, review reminders).
- Respond to employment verifications and government reporting requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR).
- Route final payslips, quitclaims, and tax forms (BIR 2316).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
- Manage Fresh Service tickets by triaging, assigning, escalating, and resolving employee concerns.
- Document payroll tickets, track employee requests, and ensure timely closure of cases.

What you'll need:
- At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience, with preference for HR Accounts Management
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Process-oriented and independent
- Experience in using HRIS (Rippling and/or Sprout is a plus!)
- Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheets
- Experience in using Project and Ticketing Management platforms
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- A "let's get it done" mindset
