I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Supervise company disbursements.
B. Prepare financial statements using SAP for internal and external users.
C. Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns.
D. Monitor timely withholding of taxes on all expenses.
E. Monitor fixed asset, prepayments and booked supplies.
F. Monitor subsidiary and general ledger related to disbursement and cost.
G. Calculate Cost of Sales.
H. Ensure accounting standard mandated provisions are recorded.
I. Coordinate with other departments on concerns related within its jurisdiction.
J. Coordinate with Finance and Accounting Manager any areas for improvement affecting accounting process.
II. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Perform ad hoc functions that may be assigned by management.
III. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
A. College graduate preferably with a degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant field.
B. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
C. Preferably with minimum three (3) years supervisory experience.
D. Trustworthy, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
E. Capable of multi-tasking, can work under pressure.
F. High level of accuracy and attention to details with strict sense of meeting deadlines.
