The Accounting Supervisor / Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, monitoring internal controls, and supporting budget preparation and audits.
Experience:
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
