- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with government regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provide needed information for the annual external audit.
- Assigned as one of the approvers of bank payments and check signatories.
- Check payroll accuracy and general accounting reports.
- Manages the over all financial operation of the company.
- Bank reconciliation, book keeping, forecasting and budgeting.
- Managed the general accounting reports.
- Prepares payroll, monthly government remittances and BIR taxes filing.
- Assists external auditor and provide external audit requirements.
- Review accounts payable transactions and payments accuracy.
- Provides financial analysis and monthly forecasts and cash flows.
Job Qualification
- With Knowledge to BIR Ruling.
- With Manufacturing Background.
- With 5 to 10 years experience in Managerial Position.
- Required (CPA)
