ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Over-all supervision of the operational system of the production
- Responsible in Planning, organizing, and regulating the production and maintenance operations
- Implementation of Manufacturing strategies and actions for the accomplishment of plant production goals
- Implementation of producing high end and quality products
- Encourage new techniques and concentrate on fact based problem solving
- Initiate plans and attaining objectives and production schedules based on the customer’s needs
- Perform other tasks identified by the General Manager
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- With at least 5-10 years experience in food manufacturing or frozen product
- Knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP, GMP and Etc.
- Good leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
