Job Description:
- Meet with client to discuss projects and understand client requirements
- Ensure all information from client meetings/discussions are relayed internally so that everyone in the team is updated and aligned
- Discuss client requirement with creative team
- Research, seek and negotiate with third party vendors that can provide products and services related to the project
- Make client presentation and cost estimate for projects
- Negotiate contract with client
- Present creative proposals to client for discussion and approval
- Address issues or delays in the project as well as client feedback
- Manage budget and day to day administrative duties
- Deliver completed project on time
- Manage budgets for multiple accounts
- Meet target profit margins
- Participate in post event evaluations internally and with client
- Other duties may be assigned
