The Accounts Management Specialist is in-charge of the after sales services of the company's clients and tenants. They will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year bachelor's degree course.
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- At least 6 months of work experience in handling customers is a plus.
- Experience in Account Management is a plus.
- Has good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Has strong customer service mindset.
- Can build rapport and handle complaints with urgency and empathy.
- Projects confidence and a polished professional image.
- Can work with quotas and targets.
- Willing to be assigned in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
- Provide clients with timely updates and feedback regarding the status of their inquiries.
- Maintain and update monitoring reports.
