Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice receipting
- 3-5 years experience in Financial- Accounts Payable Experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional experience in vendor/ customer relations and processing of invoices,
- Confident in doing calls and has telephone manners to reach out to teams internally and externally/suppliers.

- Attention to detail and accuracy
What will you do?
- Creating new suppliers / updating supplier details in the ERP
- Processing supplier invoices (20,000 per year split across 3 people)
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing payment runs to pay suppliers via bank transfer
- Respond to email queries from suppliers
- Working with other finance team members on cashflow and bank reconciliations
- Working with site-based colleagues to resolve process issues.
