Our company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our U.S.-based client in real estate property management operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Receivable. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or property management and possess strong proficiency in Rent Manager software, Asana, Microsoft Office tools, and Zoiper for communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices, schedule and issue payments
- Reconcile financial records and assist with monthly reporting
- Doing payroll for the employees
- Maintain accurate records for multiple properties
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and task management tools
- Use Asana for task tracking and coordination with internal teams
- Utilize RPM (Real Property Management) software for property-related financial records
- Communicate using Zoiper (VoIP) for calls and tenant/vendor follow-ups
- Perform general admin support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable
- Background in real estate or property management is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in:
- Rent Manager software (or similar property management tools)
- Asana for task management
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Zoiper (or similar VoIP systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a virtual, remote setup
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours

Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
