Job Description
Assists in the preparation of financial reports, and analyzes accounts receivable data.
- Generates and sends invoices to guests and clients, handles disputed charges, and negotiates payment arrangements.
- Collaborates with departments handles financial information with discretion and confidentiality, and ensures timely payment and resolution of billing issues.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Accounting or a related field is an advantage.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an accounts receivable assistant in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Has strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Opera, Finance applications, and Microsoft Office applications.
