General Functions:
- Managing customer payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- responsible for ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining healthy cash flow for the company.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and managing outstanding invoices.
- Contacting customers about overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Preparing reports on outstanding balances and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- A DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR ANY RELATED FIELD
- FRESH GRADUTES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN MALAGAMOT, PANACAN DAVAO CITY
