Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Activation Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of brand activation campaigns, promotional events, and BTL marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experiential marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of BTL marketing campaigns, including brand activations, in-store promotions, product launches, roadshows, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop activation strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, permits, staffing, and production requirements for on-ground executions.
- Prepare detailed project timelines, budgets, and post-activity reports.
- Supervise field teams and ensure adherence to brand standards during executions.
- Source and manage third-party suppliers (e.g., fabricators, promo agencies, logistics providers).
- Monitor campaign performance and gather consumer insights for future improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop activation materials and visuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations for all on-site activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, or events management.
- Proven track record in delivering successful marketing activations or promotional campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during activations, including weekends when necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
