Key Responsibilities
● Optimize ad monetization using AdMob, GAM, and AppLovin MAX mediation platforms
● Monitor and improve KPIs like eCPM, fill rate, impressions, revenue per user
● Strategically set and test eCPM floors by country, format, and ad unit
● Analyze daily reports (e.g., AdMob by Country & Ad Unit, GAM Ad Exchange, MAX NetworkPerformance)
● Rebuild or fine-tune waterfalls and line items to boost revenue
● Recommend and integrate new SDK bidding partners based on performance
● Run A/B tests on monetization setups and evaluate results
● Collaborate with product/dev teams to ensure correct ad placements and SDK implementations
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience● 3+ years in AdOps or mobile app monetization
● Proven expertise in at least two of the following: AdMob, GAM, AppLovin MAX
● Strong grasp of mediation, bidding vs. waterfall strategies, and KPI optimization
● Comfortable working with mediation reports and implementing revenue-focused changes
● Clear communicator with solid documentation habits
● Experience monetizing casual games and/or utility apps
● Familiarity with regional trends and seasonal ad spend shifts
● Knowledge of privacy compliance (GDPR, COPPA, ATT)
