Duties/Responsibilities:
- Verify and monitor daily sales reports
- Coordinate with the team on finance, sales, technical, and government-related concerns
- Liaise with mall administration for operational matters
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
- Provide support in financial reporting and documentation
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and other important documents
- Support the finance team in implementing financial controls and processes
- Assist in internal communication across departments for smooth workflow
- Help manage inventory, supplies, and other operational needs as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Highly organized, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in administrative, finance, or operations roles is an advantage
- Familiarity with sales reporting or financial documentation is a plus
