Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, client communication, and project management, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls with strong English communication skills
- Organizing and managing emails efficiently using Gmail
- Using ChatGPT to assist in creating engaging social media content
- Managing and responding to incoming messages on social media platforms
- Experience in the solar industry is highly advantageous
- Working experience with Xero accounting software
- Creating and managing invoices and quotes
- Tracking site attendance and managing staff timesheets
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience as Virtual Assistant
- Amenable to work onsite in IT Park
- Amenable to work in UK Time Shift.
