Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, procurement, facilities, contract management/corporate transactions related to telecommunication, building/facilities management, car related transactions, etc.
- Organize and provide efficient administrative support not limited to booking/arrangements, visa processing, car maintenance related transactions including renewal and transfer of ownership, etc.
- Develop and maintain an effective filing system.
- Submit and reconcile expense report.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level; anticipate the needs of office and pantry supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience as Administrative Assistant or proven related experience.
- Familiar with FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (5S), EVENTS AND TRAVEL BOOKING, VEHICLE MANAGEMENT, INSURANCES, PROCUREMENT, and SECRETARIAL FUNCTIONS.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can start immediately.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
