DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide needed assistance to the immediate Head.
- Create an atmosphere of customer service to all members of the organization.
- Receive and screen phone calls and visitors.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on competitors and market conditions.
- Track sales performance and provide reports to management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Provides assistance to Sellers and their Buyers pertaining to their various concerns.
- Ascertain that all concerns of the clients/employees are resolved in the most immediate time possible.
- Support the team with administrative tasks when needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Business Management/Administration/Marketing/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work on-site and be assigned in Metrogate Trece Martires/Metrogate Tagaytay.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
