Location: Cavite | Full-Time, On-site
Are you organized, proactive, and love making things run smoothly behind the scenes?
We’re looking for an Admin Assistant who can help keep our office operations efficient and support the day-to-day needs of our growing team at Spartan BTY Inc.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, organizing documents, and data entry
- Monitor office supplies and assist in purchasing requests
- Support different departments in scheduling, coordination, and reports
- Answer calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Assist with internal communications and reminders
What We’re Looking For:
- College graduate or at least 2 years in college (any course)
- Administrative experience is required
- With or without experience — we’ll train the right person!
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Can communicate clearly and professionally
- Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workspace) is a plus
- Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
