Essence Derm Aesthetics Franchising
is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Admin Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via email and social media platforms
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and timely reorders
- Assist with packing and shipping out online orders
- Participate in out-of-town team immersions and training
- Develop and maintain filing systems for efficient record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Assist with training new staff for both Essence Derm and TbBa (sister company)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- A passion for the beauty industry is a plus
