About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly capable and proactive Virtual Assistant who specializes in GoHighLevel automation and video editing. This is not your typical VA role — we're looking for someone who can take ownership of backend systems and content production while also handling general administrative tasks as needed.
You’ll work closely with a growing digital business and play a key role in building efficient systems, managing automations, and producing clean, engaging video content for social platforms and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage automations, pipelines, campaigns, and workflows in GoHighLevel
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing GoHighLevel systems
- Edit videos for social media, client content, and internal use (basic to intermediate editing skills)
- Manage calendars, inboxes, and handle routine administrative VA duties
- Support with project management and task tracking (using tools like Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Assist in creating and organizing content for marketing campaigns
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (please provide examples or a portfolio)
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A self-starter mindset — someone who can take initiative and work independently
- Reliable internet and availability during U.S. business hours
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Familiarity with digital marketing funnels and automation strategy
- Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
