About the Role:
We are looking for a freelance Website Support & Automation Assistant to handle post-launch website configurations and technical tasks within our GoHighLevel-based platform. This role is ideal for a systems-focused freelancer who enjoys automation and troubleshooting.
Scope of Work:
- Configure email workflows, booking tools, intake forms, and lead systems
- Set up chatbots and client-facing automations using GoHighLevel
- Assist with content updates and page enhancements on existing websites
- Resolve reported technical issues using a shared support ticketing system
- Maintain SOP documentation and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign (If you’ve used platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp, you’ll feel at home in GoHighLevel.)
- Strong understanding of basic automation, conditional logic, and user flows
- Fluent in English (written); can follow written SOPs and update documentation
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues independently
- Self-directed, with the ability to meet deadlines without close supervision
Other Requirements
- Use a reliable PC or laptop (Intel i5 or higher) or a Mac OS device with at least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended for better performance)
- A stable internet connection at home is required (Minimum: 60 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload; preferably 100 Mbps or higher)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
