Responsibilities
- Control and maintain manufacturing documents including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, inspection reports, specifications, quality records, and product documentation.
- Ensure all documents follow proper revision control processes and are updated as per change requests.
- Implement and manage filing systems physical and digital for easy retrieval and secure storage of documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in document control or administrative support in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
