We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our partner's accounting firm team. This role sits between an Administrative Assistant and an Executive Assistant, offering a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple team members to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.
- Prepare, format, and distribute internal communications, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes to support informed and aligned decision-making.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for both clients and team members, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.
- Monitor and reconcile expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO), assist with invoice processing, and support ongoing budget tracking activities.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners to promote clear communication and seamless workflow coordination.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement administrative best practices to boost team efficiency.
- Provide light project management or tracking support, helping to keep initiatives on schedule and aligned with team goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
