Key Responsibilities
- Install, connect, and maintain electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting fixtures.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of building electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, including genset, ACU, and UPS systems.
- Perform load analysis, power balancing, and risk mitigation for high-occupancy workplaces.
- Manage and troubleshoot fire alarm and suppression system components.
- Support IT and office infrastructure by configuring and maintaining structured cabling (LAN, CCTV, access control).
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and support facilities and housekeeping operations.
- Document and report on repairs, inspections, and project statuses.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 5 years of experience as an electrician
- NCII in Electronics or ACU
- Certificate in Electrical Troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase systems
- Proficient in reading electrical plans and schematics
- Experience in genset, ACU, and UPS troubleshooting and maintenance
- Familiar with electrical safety standards (lockout/tagout, grounding, etc.)
- Computer literate
- Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork on-site
Good to Have (Preferred):
- Knowledge of HVAC, structured cabling, and fire alarm systems
- Familiarity with Power Monitoring Systems (PMS)
- Experience with data center infrastructure support
- Welding skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
