Job Summary:
The Administrative Intern/OJT will provide support to the administrative team in day-to-day operations. This internship offers practical experience in a professional office environment and an opportunity to develop organizational and clerical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Support in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking appointments
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Order and monitor office supplies and inventory
- Support the planning and execution of company events or meetings
- Perform data entry and basic data analysis tasks
- Assist various departments as needed with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
