RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with local government agencies, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations and compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and process documents such as permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements for project activities.
- Assist in the resolution of any on-site issues by acting as a communication link between the site and the main office.
- Monitor the status of ongoing site-related tasks and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage the logistics of site personnel, including accommodation, transportation, and other welfare needs.
- Maintain and update records of site office inventory, equipment, and materials.
- Handle petty cash for site operations, ensuring transparency and proper documentation.
- Assist with organizing site visits and inspections by stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are in place.
- Track all contacts, payment schedules, and contracts related to housing, vehicles, and other project-related agreements on site.
- Ensure that staff housing and site office supplies comply with company standards.
- Assist in booking of accommodation and car rentals of staff that will visit the project site.
- Collecting and transmitting sales invoice.
OTHER TASKS:
- Maintain accurate records and oversee the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms for the project team.
- Monitor and manage various lease agreements, including staff accommodations and vehicle rentals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with experience as an Admin and/or Liaison Officer but not required
- Preferably with an experience in submitting permits to various LGUs
- Knowledgeable in using MS Offices
- Willing to be assigned to Capas, Tarlac

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
