Heartmate Laboratory Inc. is looking for an Admin/Marketing Officer!
Work location: RM 4, Lite MTKJ Building, Paseo del Congreso St, Malolos, Bulacan
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business or medical course, preferably Marketing
- Ability to relate well with doctors and key personnel of corporate accounts
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Keen to details, organized, versatile, and can work under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
- To support the overall marketing objectives of the company both externally and internally
- Provide accurate concerns, and creative proposals as directed by the Marketing Supervisor and work to pre-agreed deadlines
- Handles phone, appointment, and walk-in inquiries
- Keeps and maintains inquiry data or statistics
- Set patients' appointments and conducts follow-ups
- Manages the laboratory directory database
- Coordinates with accounting for reports and other data needed

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
