We are urgently hiring an Admin and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or marketing support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with external partners and vendors professionally
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of marketing tools/platforms is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
