Admin Officer (Agriculture industry)

Job Specification:

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture or any related field
• Licensed Agriculturist or planning to get license within the year
• Strong knowledge of agricultural products and their application in farm settings.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and provide knowledge transfer.
• Experience in organizing community meetings, workshops, or field visits.
• Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and basic computer skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Offices / Google Products.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Scope and Function

A. Documents Management and Data Handling

• Prepare, update, and archive documents pertaining to such Company processes, including documentation for farmer loans;
• Track all documentations, including its completeness, and coordinate with relevant processors for the transmittal, receiving and processing of such documents (i.e. submission of documents to partner financial institutions);
• Verify and standardize all data collected from farmers;
• Encode farmer data collected as needed;
• Coordinate and ensure submission of relevant documents to related parties and stakeholders;

B. Field Staff Support

• Monitor internal compliance of field staff to Company processes, including farmer registration, loan submission, and other related activities;
• Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on submissions, reworks, approvals and others done by field staff;
• Escalate unresolved process delays and/or compliance issues to Admin Supervisor;
• Travel to relevant stakeholders (i.e. farmers, partner financial institutions, government agencies, other partners), as may be required by the management;

C. Back Office Operations and other Requirements

• Handle daily back office support operations, ensuring efficient workflows;
• Provide regular communications and reports to Head Office;
• Other tasks to be assigned and given by the immediate supervisor and the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php16,500.00 per month
