Job title: Admin Officer
- Coordinate and manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages, phone calls, etc.) and ensure timely communication both internally and externally.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare and manage reports, memos, and other administrative documents as required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating training.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and coordinate repairs or improvements.
- Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
