Office Administration:
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department
- Support the officers and project team in daily admin roles and assist to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department
- As a reasonable component of the employment, occasionally expected to participate in special projects.
- Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization
- Carry out any additional tasks that may be necessary each day.
- Ensure the office is well-organized, clean, and functional.
- Supervise support staff, such as receptionists and House officer
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Oversee database management for employee and organizational records.
- Collaborate with finance payroll or budgeting.
- Educate staff on office protocols and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Graduated with honors, Academic Achiever or Dean’s Lister (an advantage)
- With outstanding Intra and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR tools
- Experience in office management or facilities coordination is an advantage
- Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Willing to hold office in BGC, Taguig City
