Job Summary:
Beauchè International is seeking a goal-driven and strategic Admin Sales Officer to strengthen our sales operations and drive growth across various channels, including mall kiosks, depot centers, and road shops. This is an office-based role focused on upselling, sales planning, and coordination with distributors and potential clients. The ideal candidate will proactively support and expand our distributor network, explore new sales opportunities, and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance across all selling platforms: kiosks, depot centers, and road shops.
- Conduct upselling initiatives by actively engaging with current distributors to encourage repeat and bulk purchases.
- Identify and establish connections with new distributors and potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing distributors to understand their needs, provide support, and promote new or featured products.
- Track and analyze sales trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions for underperforming areas.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to align sales promotions and product campaigns.
- Assist in creating sales reports, forecasts, and planning documents for management review.
- Help monitor inventory movement across selling points and collaborate with the warehouse or logistics team when necessary.
- Maintain an organized database of distributors, prospects, and communication logs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in retail or distribution).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Sales planning or strategic sales experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite at Technopark, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
