Elder Care Homecare is seeking an experienced Administrative Support contractor. We are a private pay homecare agency located in the US with additional expansion planned within the next year. This role is a home based role in Davao Region, Philippines
As Administrative Support contractor, you will be responsible for clerical tasks and appropriately directing clients outreach and inquiries as well as assisting with technical support and compliance administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have worked in a technology driven environment previously, have a friendly demeanor, strong spoken and written communication skills, and be comfortable being on the phone. Responsibilities
Administrative:
- Answering inbound phone calls of general client questions and concerns with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Directing or escalating client outreach and inquiries to the appropriate internal resources via phone and email when required
- Thorough documentation of client outreach when internal resources are unavailable
- Organizing and updating documentation and client files when necessary
- Assist with routing emails to our general email address
- Assist with process for deactivating caregivers no longer active
Technical Support:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Using and maintaining digital filing systems and shared drives (e.g. Google Drive)
- Assisting with helpdesk tasks and basic troubleshooting for office hardware (printers, scanners, workstations) and basic software issues.
- Providing virtual support via conferencing platforms to assist with troubleshooting and technical issues
- Utilizing Canva, Photoshop and other tools to create collateral for presentations and other design projects
Requirements
- Experience working on a remote team in the past
- Experience providing IT and help desk support in a previous role
- Previous experience using Canva regularly
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Previous experience and availability to work US based hours (Eastern Standard Time)
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per week
