- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software (Dell and
- HP)
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root cause of their problem
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts of the computer
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications (MS Office 365,
- Multi-Factor Authentication, Global Protect VPN, Crowdstrike Antivirus) and installing additional software
- Operating System deployment using LANDESK imaging or Intune Autopilot
- Assisting the on boarding and off boarding of user's equipment
