Administrative Support:
- Manage the company's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, handling correspondence on behalf of the company.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Communication Management:
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the company.
- Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, budgeting, and invoicing.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the company.
Work Environment:
- Typically works in an office environment.
- May be required to work out of office to transact with different offices as may be required (Banks, Government Offices, etc.).
Qualifications:
Education:
- 2 year or 4 year Business degree holder.
Experience:
- Experience in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
