Job Description
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls; respond to emails and messages promptly.
- Manage calendars, coordinate appointments and meetings (in-office or via videoconference), and prepare agendas.
- Book travel arrangements—flights, hotels, transportation—and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Monitor office supplies, coordinate purchases with vendors, and ensure equipment is maintained.
- Assist with petty cash tracking, expense reconciliation, and invoice handling.
- Assist with small projects, data entry, research, and ad‑hoc administrative duties.
- Support meeting setups and internal events.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a reliable point of contact internally and externally.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with basic office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, discretion handling sensitive information, and a service-oriented attitude.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
