Job Description
- To provide assistance to the Corporate Secretary by planning all committee and strategic meetings of the Board and the Executive Committee.
- Prepare all necessary legal requirements, board resolutions, and secretary’s certificates needed by the organization.
- To provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Secretary/VP Corporate Resources and Treasury Department
- Oversees the scheduling of all Managers Committee Meetings.
- Prepares the minutes of all MANCOM meetings.
- Assist in Supplies Inventory and Issuance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in Calamba City, Laguna.
