We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to the team. The role includes preparing and managing documents, maintaining accurate records, monitoring office supplies and assets, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Related field experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
