- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office databases.
- Support team members with special projects as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to report daily in San Juan, Manila.
