Admission/Documentation Officer
Position Overview: You play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant student visa application submissions. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines will be essential as you gather, verify, and organize crucial documents. Collaborate with clients and team members to navigate application requirements and maintain precise records, contributing to successful visa outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between students and educational institutions to facilitate smooth admission and enrollment processes.
- Gather and review all necessary documents required for student visa applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Scrutinize each document to verify the authenticity and accuracy of information provided, cross-referencing with supporting materials where necessary.
- Assist applicants in completing visa application forms, ensuring all required fields are properly filled out and
- relevant information is provided.
- Maintain organized records of all student visa application documents, keeping track of submission dates, client information, and other pertinent details.
- Create folder in Team’s Google Drive and use descriptive file names for attachments that indicate the content and document type
- Maintain regular client contact to track their progress, address any concerns, and offer continuous support throughout their study abroad journey.
- Monitor application deadlines and ensure all required documents are submitted within specified timeframes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of completed applications to minimize errors and inconsistencies before submission.
- Handle sensitive personal and financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Obtain a Letter of Offer from the School and after a school releases an Offer Letter, obtain a Certificate of Enrollment once evidence for advanced tuition fee payment has been provided.
- Communicate and cooperate well with the Visa team for proper turnover of files and accurate encoding submitted by the client.
- Provide assistance and contribute to various team initiatives, demonstrating your dedication to collaborative success and a willingness to step in where needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using software applications for document management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with visa application processes and requirements is a plus.
- Prior experience in administrative or documentation roles is preferred.
- Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
