QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year business or medical course
- Must have medical, customer service or marketing experience
- Must have good communication skills and pleasing personality, able to relate to different kinds of personalities
- Must have knowledge in telephone switchboard operation
- Able to deal with patients, clients medical consultant, and hospital staff as well.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure that daily operation, company procedures and customer service standards are consistently followed
- Gather patient personal data through proper interviews obtain relevant medical history for admission, and address inquiries regarding hospital services and facilities
- Assist, process, and accommodate patients and their companions during admission
- Assess the patient's capacity to pay
- Assign rooms based on patient needs
- Regularly engage, coordinate, and collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing, packages, promotions, and processes across all departments and effectively promote them
- Accurately coordinate and relay complete information to other departments
- Monitor and report daily turnaround time and census
- Complete and submit the Daily Patient Cempia Survey

Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
