In this role, you will be required to execute the following job duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
- do facials and aesthetic procedures as ordered by clients or as mandated by doctors;
- log everything on the designated logbooks provided, if needed be;
- assist the clinic manager in inventory, receiving of patients, and maintenance of equipment;
- assume secretarial role for the medical doctor present, if needed be;
- smooth opening of the clinic and making sure everything is clean and fresh prior to opening;
- daily cleanliness of the clinic, the equipment, comfort room, and floors;
- assist medical doctor during procedures, facials, cleaning, etc. if needed be;
- work closely with the clinic manager, working effectively and efficiently;
- itemization of patients and procedures to be done during duty hours;
- dispense medicines if needed be;
- smooth closing of the clinic, in which it shall assume smooth transition and transfer of responsibilities to the head staff (number of medicine, equipment checking like ensuring plugs are pulled out, miscellaneous materials like tissues, soaps, alcohols, etc.);
- notify the medical doctors/CEO/clinic manager of the near expiring medicines and needed supplies;
- report to CEO along with clinic manager related to human resource, marketing, and clinic management;
- AND assume front desk/facial role/s.

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
