Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven After Sales/Service Manager to lead our service operations in Davao City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing after-sales service teams, and implementing effective strategies to support sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire after-sales service operations, including service reception, workshop, parts, and customer relations.
- Lead and supervise the service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage service productivity, customer retention, and satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and analyze service KPIs and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Parts departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement training and development programs for service staff.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturer policies.
- Prepare and present service reports and performance updates to management.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry.
- Solid background in service operations, customer handling, and team leadership.
- Preferably with experience in well-known automotive brands.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
