Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Automotive Service Operations Manager to lead and inspire a team of frontliners, office staff, and workshop personnel in delivering outstanding service operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with service flow standards, fostering a customer-first culture, and driving continuous performance improvement within the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of service processes, operations manuals, and company policies across the service team.
- Lead by example in upholding company values and standards of excellence.
- Manage the performance and professional development of service personnel.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring swift and professional resolution.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members to support communication, training needs, and performance improvement.
- Provide timely updates and strategic feedback to senior management.
- Monitor and audit facility and personnel security protocols.
- Recommend and implement operational improvements based on findings and analytics.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely collection of receivables from insurance partners and corporate accounts.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date billing system for job orders, labor, materials, and other services.
- Identify recurring operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Develop and introduce new revenue streams such as upselling parts and services.
- Manage department expenses to align with budget targets.
- Champion customer satisfaction, setting a benchmark for team motivation and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Open to Male or Female candidates.
- Reputable track record in the automotive industry; integrity and loyalty are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE) or Management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in an automotive dealership service department.
- Strong technical knowledge in automotive repair, diagnosis, and service operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report generation.
- Skilled in creating clear and organized business presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of daily decision-making.
- Able to execute strategic plans and manage personnel performance effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive and industrious work ethic.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php38,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
