AI Automation Specialist
Work Location: Remote
Applicant Location: Philippines (to add to our current remote team in the Philippines)
Full Time Role - 35 Hours Per Week
Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200 / month USD (experience dependent)
We are not looking to work via agencies, we need direct dedicated access to this member of our team and as such do not want fractionalised access provided by an agency. We are happy to discuss with recruiters in The Philippines.

We're hiring an AI Automation Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for building scalable automations, AI-powered agents, and integrated workflows across departments — from onboarding and operations to marketing and CRM.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy advanced automations using platforms like N8N
- Build AI workflows and agentic systems using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Automate tasks across GoHighLevel, Slack, Monday.com, Asana, and WhatsApp
- Collaborate with internal leadership to roll out AI-enhanced processes
- Translate SOPs and manual tasks into structured, scalable automations
- Maintain clear documentation and version control across all automations
- Refactor legacy automations (e.g., Zapier) into a more robust low-code stack
- Ensure consistency, governance, and team usability in all workflows
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, N8N)
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks, and error handling
- Experience integrating tools like Slack, Monday.com, Asana, GoHighLevel, and WhatsApp
- Ability to build workflows that parse AI outputs and trigger multi-step logic
- Familiarity with agentic system design (autonomous workflows that act, decide, and self-correct)
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
- Bonus: Proficiency in JavaScript or experience in AI product environments
